At AnimateMyPic ("we," "us"), we want you to have a great experience. We understand plans can change, so here's how refunds work.
Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, we can't process refunds.
Credit Usage: If your account has used 60 credits or more from that purchase, you are not eligible for a refund (even if you're within 7 days).
This policy applies to purchases made directly on animatemypic.com. Third-party storefronts or app stores may have their own policies.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria:

- Provide Details: Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and a brief reason for your request.
- Submit Within 7 Days: Make sure your request is sent no later than 7 days after purchase.
Processing Refunds
After we receive your request, we'll review it and notify you of the decision. If approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
