Welcome to AnimateMyPic (https://animatemypic.com). These terms govern your use of our online AI photo animation services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

AnimateMyPic provides a platform for animating photos using AI technology.

Acceptable Use Policy

AnimateMyPic is intended for lawful, consent-based creative image and video generation. You are responsible for the prompts, images, videos, and other materials you upload or generate through the service.

Prohibited Content and Uses

  • NSFW, nude, semi-nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including undressing, erotic posing, fetish content, explicit kissing, or sexualized facial expression manipulation.
  • Deepfake, face-swap, face-manipulation, or intimate content involving a real person without that person's clear consent.
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous subjects.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, exploitation, stalking, blackmail, impersonation, or content intended to shame or harm another person.
  • Illegal, hateful, violent, self-harm, extremist, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise high-risk content.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may use automated and manual moderation to review prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and reported content.
  • We may block generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when required by law or to protect users, third-party rights, payment partners, and our service.
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters, using coded language to request prohibited content, or repeatedly submitting prohibited prompts is a violation of these terms.
  • If you believe content on AnimateMyPic violates this policy, contact support@animatemypic.com with relevant details.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a package, you can use our application to create animated images. You own the generated images, but you are not permitted to resell them.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our product, provided that less than 20% of the purchased credits have been used. If 20% or more of the credits have been consumed, no refund will be issued.

4. User Data

  • We collect personal data such as your name, email, and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: Privacy Policy.
  • We also collect non-personal data through web cookies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
