AnimateMyPic’e (https://animatemypic.com) hoş geldiniz. Bu şartlar, çevrimiçi AI fotoğraf animasyon hizmetlerimizi kullanımınızı düzenler. Web sitemize erişerek veya kullanarak bu şartlara bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz.

1. Hizmetler

AnimateMyPic, yapay zeka teknolojisi kullanarak fotoğrafları canlandırmak için bir platform sunar.

Acceptable Use Policy

AnimateMyPic is intended for lawful, consent-based creative image and video generation. You are responsible for the prompts, images, videos, and other materials you upload or generate through the service.

Prohibited Content and Uses

  • NSFW, nude, semi-nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including undressing, erotic posing, fetish content, explicit kissing, or sexualized facial expression manipulation.
  • Deepfake, face-swap, face-manipulation, or intimate content involving a real person without that person's clear consent.
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous subjects.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, exploitation, stalking, blackmail, impersonation, or content intended to shame or harm another person.
  • Illegal, hateful, violent, self-harm, extremist, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise high-risk content.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may use automated and manual moderation to review prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and reported content.
  • We may block generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when required by law or to protect users, third-party rights, payment partners, and our service.
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters, using coded language to request prohibited content, or repeatedly submitting prohibited prompts is a violation of these terms.
  • If you believe content on AnimateMyPic violates this policy, contact support@animatemypic.com with relevant details.

2. Mülkiyet ve Kullanım Hakları

Bir paket satın aldıktan sonra uygulamamızı kullanarak animasyonlu görseller oluşturabilirsiniz. Oluşturulan görsellerin sahibi siz olursunuz, ancak yeniden satışına izin verilmez.

3. İade Politikası

Üründen memnun kalmamanız durumunda, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 7 gün içinde ve satın alınan kredilerin %20’sinden azı kullanılmışsa tam iade talep edebilirsiniz. Kredilerin %20’si veya daha fazlası kullanılmışsa iade yapılmaz.

4. Kullanıcı Verileri

5. Geçerli Hukuk
